I can see the potential for adding something like a "Creator Club," which could offer more social interaction than the main part of the site. Maybe even a forum again? This could include an option to find other creators in your area who are open to collaborations. It would be isolated from the main part of the site, which focuses on video hosting.

I will suggest two more video categories. The first is Face sitting, as there is a lot of demand for this fetish and it is what I have sold the most to date. The second suggested category is Shoulder rides, I believe it is a body resistance fetish that will be very well accepted by the public. I also suggest that a way be created to edit the main photo of the video when the video is vertical, as the site only favors videos recorded horizontally

But in general is kind of hard to search for the things you like here in Watchfigthers. Cuz correct me if I am wrong. I don't note any algorithm suggesting me videos that I may like. Only suggest me videos from the people I follow. Maybe that is a way to keep things more equal for all creators. But I am just saying. It would be, and we've tried some things and keep looking into it. The challenge is that you can't buy adult advertising on any of the big platforms. Using smaller players just doesn't work—you quickly end up in the traffic-buying market, and that’s a (scam) beast on its own. Even social media marketing is highly regulated and currently only possible on X (formerly Twitter). On other platforms, you have to be careful not to get shadow banned. For content creators, it's easier since they can advertise themselves in non-adult ways. But for a (gay) adult hosting provider, we can’t really pretend we’re not porn. Check the terms of service on these platforms if you're curious about it.

You must understand you can’t compare non-adult content/advertisement/marketing (like SheIn, Amazon, eBay) with the porn and adult industry.

Bottom line: We keep looking into it, and if one of you works in that industry, feel free to reach out!

• When it comes to subscriptions, things get more complicated.

  How would the revenue be split? Should 50% of your monthly subscription fee go to the co-creator? Or maybe use a fancy formula to calculate the exact value of the video based on your subscription rate. Would both need to add it to their subscription? What if one creator has no subscription — can you still add it to yours? It would require a rather complex check and agreement system to keep it fair and avoid disputes in the future.

Btw, regarding if one creator has subscription and another one doesn't, I think the creator with subscription should be given "asking for permission" form (same like adding collaborator) in order to other co-creator to review whether or not they allow, to prevent unfair revenue shared.

Is it possible to add a collaborator who gets a 0% percent share of the sale? Some guys don't want the income because they don't want to deal with taxes, but I still think they deserve to be tagged as a collaborator in the vid.

I definitley think more categories is a good idea, like categories you have on meetfighters. Big vs small, trampling/crushing, masks, etc. We should also be able to pick more than 2, but not too many so guys can't flood every category with vids that don't apply.

Some guys are REALLY into certain moves like piledrivers, sleepers, scissors, etc. Some way to flag a video featuring those moves would be cool.

Filters of any kind would he helpful for searching. There are so many vids now it would be nice to narrow them down more, especially those with/without nudity/sexual activity. Some guys want it, some guys don't.

Faster review of vids. Maybe get volunteers to watch them and help make sure descriptions are accurate. Like the peer photo reviews on meetfighters.

Some guys haven't gotten the hang of video titles yet. Their title is a paragraph long. Putting a reasonable cap on titles might be a good idea, but not TOO short!

Some REALLY good suggestions here. Being able to filter and sort search results like you can on MeetFighters would be ideal. Some additional tagging would be required I imagine, but better results for the end user.

Aside from comments and a thumbs up, some way to communicate your recommendation could be a big benefit too. Similar to quote-Tweet functionality perhaps?

A baseline discount you could assign to specific users, VIP followers & fans would be a nice feature for those of us who aren't offering a subscription.

I agree with these suggestions. I hope they consider them. Mostly, for an option to create Promotion/Discount Codes. Similar to Gift Codes function, but it allows us to customize a discount for one of our monetized contents and we can share it to specific users like friends or loyal customers. This would be good for creators who don't offer subscription.

The danger is you might accept payment outside of WatchFighters and just give them a gift code, which creates all the costs for us without the revenue. That’s why we charge for gift codes. But I’ll keep it in mind—maybe we could allow a small number of free gift codes per creator.

I would like to see more customization options to channels.

More customization to the thumbnail of posted video. Some videos I posted have a very uninviting thumbnail or don't show anything to convey the content and they are also the ones that have the least views. We should be able to control the thumbnail shot viewers will see of our posted video that will increase views while still maintaining accuracy of video content.

More direction/instruction on how to do things. For example, the messaging all followers function is kind of convoluted. It took me a little while to figure that out. And that was with a more experienced creator also trying to figure it out who had never known how to do it. Also, I still don't know how to post pics to the pics section. How do other channels have pics in their pic section? Lol. As a new/newer creator it's hard to figure some stuff out.

Also, I would like more feedback from buyers. Is there a way to allow buyers to give us anonymous feedback? Or post "great video" or something on the channel. I know there is a function for custom videos but what about regular videos? That could entice people to buy that specific video more if others have said it's great.

Great ideas to improve the site! I'm a watcher, not a content creator, so I'll just suggest one feature I'd like, and it may be benefitable for all of us I think.

There are categories I follow and creators/channels I follow. In the categories I'm following, there are creators I don't want to follow. I often see notifications from these creators who I'm not following, probably because they are in the categories I'm following.

A solution would be to follow only creators, and don't follow any categories, to have only the creators notifications, of course. But I don't want that, I also want to follow new creators in the categories I like.

So I think it would be nice to also be able to sort the notifications by being able to chose the ones only for the creators and categories I'm following.

I would like an option to block certain creators from appearing in your results. There is a creator that has appeared lately, I won't name them, but they post large numbers of videos at once with extreme close up thumbnails that i personally find very gross. I just wish that I could browse without seeing them.

What Happens When You Block a Member:

• As a Viewer: Their content will be hidden from most parts of the site.
• As a Creator: Your content will be hidden and inaccessible to the blocked member.

Thank you for reporting this bug. It has been fixed. Notifications for blocked channels are no longer sent, even if they are part of a category you follow.

Unfortunately, despite blocking the offending channel, I can still see their videos when browsing All Categories, complete with their thumbnails of extreme close-up belly button shots that are actually, genuinely making me gag when I look at them.

I like the livestream option, sounds like a great idea. Adding on to that, it would be awesome not only do a live stream, but be able to collab with other creators side by side (like when users livestream together on insta, tiktok, OnlyFans, etc.)

It seems some channels get more views/exposure than others, even when releasing content at the same time. (Even my own content experiences unevenness. One video will be a huge success, the next will garner less than a dozen views, let alone sales.) Perhaps limiting short-form and free "preview" videos that clog up notifications/views to allow for actual sellable content to get exposure would be helpful.

Also, as a platform made up of mostly independent content creators, it seems that big name studios, who already have a following outside of WatchFighters, get extra exposure as well, taking away from those of us who do not have the luxury of a studio name.

Basically... any attempt to fix the algorithm or layout of the landing page so that exposure and views are spread more evenly across the platform. Thanks for taking in all of our feedback! Appreciate you!

Main Page Exposure

• Indeed, the main page is still the same as it was 3 years ago and wasn’t designed for the high number of uploads per day that we have today.
• We will very soon apply some changes to it, and we will regularly update the main page to keep it fresh and prevent patterns from forming.
• We aren’t doing anything to influence the creators picked on the main page, apart from paid advertisements, which are clearly marked. The reason some videos may not appear is that video reviews are done in waves, and the main page wasn’t designed to handle 50-100 videos released at once.

Currently, you can request an advertisement spot through a ticket. In the future, we plan to add a self-booking service for advertisements.

Free (trailer) videos

• Monetized posts allow creators to attach a trailer. So, in practice, it’s not necessary to create a separate free video acting as a trailer. You can expect that trailer-type videos will get less exposure in the future.

I agree. It's a little bit unfair that big companies take away all the attention. And leave us with misery and desperation. I understand is a free market and I am more than cool with that. But the opportunities to grown , make sales and exposure should be equal for everybody.

My sugestions:

More categories like: choke, strangle, edging, frottage, cum control, electro, spank, trampling, navelplay, breathplay, army, leather (and put it in alphabetical order in the list, please!)

Unify some other categories or create sub categories like: MMA, arm wrestling, Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Kick boxing, all inside a categorie Fight

Exclusive content JUST FOR SUBSCRIBERS! It would be a way to encourage more people to subscribe to exclusive content.

Real number of visits to the page where the video is posted. I don't know if the numbers are right on these pages, but the preview pages often have more than 500 visits and the video pages themselves have 5 or 6 visits. If these numbers are correct, it would be nice to promote the video pages on the website in the same way as the preview pages to get more visitors and impressions.

It'd be nice if there was a feature in the Purchases section of the Dashboard that allows you delete individual streaming purchases you've made. As in you purchased a vid and it wasn't what you expected for whatever reason and you aren't going to rewatch it. The purchase is final of course but you want to remove the vid.

Trailers autoplaying on the page as soon as it opens, you click on a pic or scroll and it keeps opening.
Would like to be able to look and read without it opening the video so much.

I would really like the admin to tackle the issue of the some channels posting multiple videos all at once, and a large number of those videos being non fight related. As an example a few weeks ago I counted one channel that posted 17 3 to 5 minute belly button torture videos in one 24 hour period. They clogged the entire "what's new" banner pushing other fight related videos off when some had been up for less then 6 hours. I had hoped that the launch of your Hard-core site would take some.of these videos off watchfighters but it seems to still be happening. Just today I notice a channel has posted 3 videos, none are wrestling or fighting, and one seems to be entire devoted to a man receiving IVF and getting pregnant. I do not wish to kink shame but surely during the review process these videos can be flagged and redirected to the alternate site.
The problem is that these videos are driving potential sales away from WF. I hear many comments from people who tell me they no longer bother to check WF because of all the non fight videos. Yes I know these channels can be blocked, however because they clog up the new release banner it is hard to gain new followers.
At the very least should there be a restriction on the number of videos one channel can post in one day? Or should they have to fulfill a minimum time requirement to allow them to monetize their content.?

While I agree that there’s optimization potential for the main Explore page (as mentioned in my earlier comment), - and the first of these chances will come in the next day or two.

I don’t believe buyers are leaving because of non-wrestling content. Buyers can always subscribe to the Pro-Wrestling category (or bookmark it), which exclusively features wrestling content. Sure, within the 6,000 videos, there might be some borderline cases, but overall, the categories are doing a good job of delivering the right content.

By subscribing and browsing categories, every viewer should be able to find his content of choice and avoid the rest.

Regarding HardcoreFighters, we do block certain videos on WatchFighters and recommend HardcoreFighters, as you suggested. However, this applies strictly to truly hardcore content (as defined by MasterCard and Visa), not to creators who produce staged torture videos.

I’ll second what Dave Evans wrote above. While the business model of WF is an indeed a video hosting site, it can be frustrating as a wrestling content creator to see my videos alongside torture videos.

It may take time for the alternative site for those kinds of videos to gain its own audience. But the way things currently are - with wrestling videos commingled with torture - it feels frustrating and unfortunate. I think many of us feel our videos get quickly cast aside because of the sheer volume of non-fight related content that seems to be aggressive on the platform lately.

I agree with the comments about non-wrestling content. Every kink has it's audience, however I believe that is the reasoning for the Kink channel was created - Non-combat/wrestling related content.
Being a new creator, it is disheartening to share a new video, only to see it quickly buried by 20 short belly button videos and other non-fight related content.
As suggested by others, perhaps during review, those creators can be directed to utilize the new kink related site versus posting it on a site that people come to for wrestling/combat.
Blocking those creators seems to be a process that not a lot of people want to go through the trouble of doing- especially with the increase in those creators on here. Could be a time-suck.
Or perhaps some type of a filter that can be saved to our profiles to weed out viewing that content in our feeds, but unsure how that would work.

Let me add my opinion. I think it would be fair to set a limit on video posting for 24 hours, i.e. 1 video per day. This way, the various channels that clutter the homepage with short videos will be more careful when posting their content and thus there will be more space in terms of marketing for other channels, since there will be a limit for everyone. Of course, this will not solve the problem at its root, but at least it will improve it for the better.

Can we please have a better pay out solution than Paxum ? 5th month now it won't transfer my funds and their link won't go through . I'm not a cryptocurrency type either . I hope there is another money transfer option in the future . Thank you .
