Fred is always on the receiving end. He is always getting picked on by the bigger guys in the gym. In this video he retaliates like a beast. He takes out some pent up anger and aggression out on this poor boy that was working out next to him. He locks on a headlock so tight this poor boy taps for his life but Fred just holds on and squeezes even tighter.
