Tony belly and navel are exposed and vulnerable. Fer plays a game where stuff small objects into Tony navel. And really stuff and push them down into his navel. Tony has to get it out of his navel within 45 secs only by sucking in and pushing out his belly.
Fer use toothbrush too.
