Hand Choke with Gut Punching (1 arm)
Reverse Pin with Double fist (my hardest gut punching so far… still sore a few days later).
Next he chokes me with his forearms, hands and thighs for a few minutes.
He then returns to more gut punching, with his knee on my throat. Ughhhh
