The whole session was a very rough one.
I got beat down multiple times - my abs were still sore from training a day before. No excuse, though, to not get an extra ration of abs training with brutal punches + knee kicks and elbow strikes plus a lot of hair pulling, while at the same time being all cocky and mocking my powerful puncher.
