Great to see a lift and carry video with overheads again - just amazing! Al through of you are awesome. Would love to see Kevin lifting a smaller guy and David is great but even better if he would do the same hand placement as you and not hold onto Kevin's arm when overhead lfting him - hand under chest is better! Please more overhead vids again.
