Sheriff Lobo gets ambushed by the sneaky bandit Rocky in revenge for jailing his friends. Rocky gets Lobo all strung up, then tickles the hell out of him. Just when Lobo thinks his torment has come to an end, Rocky suspends him from the rafters for a round of ball bashing till he's screaming for mercy.
