Tarz Lando:
I'm Tarz Lando and this is the WatchFighters interviews.

WatchFighters Media:
How often do you work out and what is your favorite exercise?

Tarz Lando:
Well, I work it out. I try to work out at least five times a week and then still do some kind of activity on the other two days. My favorite part body part to work is got to be biceps and chest.

WatchFighters Media:
Did you watch a lot of wrestling growing up?

Tarz Lando:
Yeah, I watched a lot of pro wrestling growing up. I think that was the first thing that really caught my attention. I also from grew up in a rural area where amateur wrestling was very popular, so I learned a lot of amateur wrestling and did that as well.

WatchFighters Media:
What is your highest achievement as a fighter?

Tarz Lando:
Well, my highest achievement in this arena anyways is this Wrestle Fest New York City 2025 Championship belt, and this is the first year they've done that. And Yep, I'm the new champ.

WatchFighters Media:
What is your preferred fighting attire?

Tarz Lando:
My preferred fighting attire. I like to wear a singlet. Kind of reminds me of the amateur days. It really depends on the fight. Depends on who I'm fighting and the match. You can't go wrong with speedos with trunks. I love that too. Probably 90% of my matches are barefoot. I kind of don't like the pads or the shoes. Kind of like the full body to body contact. That's that's what really does it for me.

WatchFighters Media:
How did you get into making wrestling videos?

Tarz Lando:
Geez, when I got into making wrestling videos, a friend of mine, someone who I chatted with was coming to wrestle and he said, hey, I'm doing these.

I'm making content out of the wrestling and he's like, I just want to film our match. I said OK, and I was kind of interested and filmed it and he posted it on Watch Fighters. And the next thing I know, like, oh, this is too good to be true. So just it, it just snowballed from there.

WatchFighters Media:
How does it feel to be the new champion of WrestleFest?

Tarz Lando:
I mean, to be the new champion and to be the first champion, you know, someone, I'm a little older than most of the guys out there and I don't mind it and they seem to like it. So to be kind of the first champion, it's, it's a, it's an honor. And so many of the guys that were at the live show where where I won this title are, are all great, great wrestlers. They're all super popular on WatchFighters. And really, you could have asked for a better group. I think the audience went crazy for almost every match.

So to be the final match and have them hand beat this belt for the first time ever gets to be mine. Taking it home, going to defend it as best I can. Yeah, it's it's pretty amazing.
