This is one of my earlier gut punching videos.
There is no talking, just straight gut punching from the very beginning.
Starting with some lighter punches in the beginning, they get heavier and faster, leaving my abs no break to relax from my 100 kg puncher‘s fists.
This of course leads to a nice breakdown, where I fall to my knees.
There will also be some nice flexed pec punches.
In the end there is a 1:38 min slow motion gut punching scene, which has a very primordial sound and vibe to it.

A wrestling match between you and me would be great too, I would torture your abs and muscles in great holds and pins.
