But in the situps torture you forgot the broomstick to hold his arms wide and forced him to work harder his abs, also please remove the guy behind him or put the machine far from the wall so he can hold him in the middle of the abs workout without be in the same place because looks like Ronan was just relain in the interrogator legs instead of working his abs. The pullups I love the way they motivate him by pulling the tied in his neck up, I wish sometime they keep him high for a few seconds, also whip him is a nice idea. Include more excersices as pushups with weight, biceps auto-choking predicament and shoulders stress position auto-choking predicamnet.
