Inspired by a horror movie, my friend decided to tie me up to the pillar and give my stomach a really hard training. He put a mask on my face and start to blow my gut with his bare fists. Each punch penetrates my abs deeper and deeper. Some of his punches reaches my spine just like as he were punching a stick of butter. Every Halloween should contain this kind of workover ;-P
