The evil villain Dr. Maniacal is back, and his goal this time is nothing less than the complete subjugation of the city!

But, our hero, Steel Man (aka Vinny), is introduced to a small piece of the planet he came from - the only substance that totally incapacitates Steel Man - as he is gagged with it.

Now Dr. Maniacal will weaken the hero, making him writhe in pain and moan.

Open to blows to his chest and choking from his own cape, Dr. Maniacal slowly unzips the back of Steel Man's costume, foreshadowing some grand humiliation (including a reverse hogtie) to come later.
