Hey guys - I’m tryin to launch this new free series so please lmk what you think about the direction and content because I hope to film more like this. There is a lot of great content that shows fundamentals but not stuff that showcases fancy crap without going deep into to the pre-recs.

I hope this series can inspire, teach, and open doors!

As in “pre-requirements” This is moderately advanced jiujitsu - I’m not trying to “teach” so much as demo or display moves I like. I do not show or cover some of the finer points of the moves
