Drill Sergeant Joey Nux is waiting for his latest recruit. Since he is already late, Nux is not impressed. Eventually, recruit Nasty Nate shows up and gets a dressing down from Nux.

Forced to do pushups to atone for his lateness, eventually Nate locks up with Nux when it becomes apparent that the two are now in more of an alpha male contest. Nate's attempt to get the jump on Nux is unsuccessful, witch makes Joey determined to make sure Nate knows who is in charge.

A test of strength follows next and although Nate attempts to get in some offense, Joey is able to once again quickly gain the advantage and get the rookie into a sleeper hold. Eventually Nate accepts his place and becomes submissive to Nux's commands.

Told to remove his shorts and then perform a series of physical moves, Nate does so quickly and obediently. Just watching Nate do what he says is not enough for Joey, however, so he gets physically involved with his recruit once again.

Joey delivers a running monologue during the entire match, not only humiliating Nasty Nate, but also extolling his own virtues. It is a side of Nux we have rarely seen, but he is well suited to the role. I think Nate has learned a valuable lesson, one should not expect to just step into the ring with Nux and assume that they will be ready for him. It takes much preparation to go up against an opponent with the size and strength of Nux. Further, is Joey is going to be your Drill Sergeant, you will definitely be pushed to your limits....and beyond!
