The Mountain is a huge asshole. Whenever he sees a handsome and chiseled bodybuilder he feels an immediate and uncontrollable urge to punish them for being so much more perfect than him- Breaking them down until they are weak. However that doesn't mean that even when he crosses paths with a scrawny weakling he is kind. Quite the opposite in fact.
The smaller an unfortunate opponent is the more the mountain gets off on flaunting his superior size and weight. So when poor Charlie Evans wanders into the MDW ring with an earnest smile on his face its hardly a surprise that the Mountain is quick to use his size immediately- Freely talking down to the scrawny ginger, knowing he can't do a thing about it.
Capitalizing on Charlie's puny stature, the Mountain immediately insists on locking up and is quick to throw Charlie to the ground, evaporating any remote hope Charlie might have had this could be anything but a terrible experience.
Charlie is hurled into the corners, smashed into by Mountains immense weight, choked against ropes with zero regard for his well being, and bear hugged by his demented tormentor. Hurt and desperate, he repeatedly tries to appeal to the Mountains ego in some way, before only to be flipped and slammed onto the mats, and it becomes clear that what the Mountain wants is to haze and humiliate him without mercy- And won't be satisfied till the ginger is red from punishment and utterly broken.
