2024-06-17 17:41Ugh and dude this year I worked out 6-7 days/week, 90 min a day on average, pilates, yoga, tai chi, stair climbing, weights, kayaking and cycling… so lucky to have carved out my entire mornings for fitness this year, I’m the middle of 23rd week and my body bends further from my flexibility and functional rotation kinda of training, my body has more power and endurance, it’s all brand new and I’m enjoying that I get 12 weeks off work entirely for the summer and will keep working diligently/consistently on my physique! 💪 it’s been making ALLLLL kinds of wrestling/fun incredible!
