Great! This is one of the best Gut punch videos I've ever seen.
The young man's face contorts as his rectus abdominis is hit with a mallet, and I love the look on his face. The beauty of the stiff rectus abdominis muscles, sweaty obliques, and pectoral muscles is also highlighted by the angle of the shot, which is excellent. A piece like a miracle.

I agree this is one of the best ab beating videos of all time. Within the first 2 seconds he’s beating his abs. I like that it’s continuous punching and also love that the video is long. Hard to find videos over 20min of continuous action. I’d love to see the muscled guy punch someone’s abs in videos. Great work!
