Armin hypnotizes his roommate "Mario" and gives him various humiliating commands:

Strip clothes off on command (every time the cameraman clicks his fingers Mario takes off a piece of clothing and wonders why he did it)
Pec bouncing and unable to stop (used generously)
Dancing like a stripper (fully clothed and then dances until he's in his underwear)

Finally, Mario is made to believe he's a bodybuilder and that he needs to pose and flex non-stop for the camera for the next 24 hours in only his underwear. Mario strips to his underwear and begins smiling as he flexes and poses for the camera non-stop. The video ends with Mario, dressed in only his underwear, oiling himself up flexing and posing mindlessly as Armin teases him.
