Found this video of me doing some combinations on the heavy bag back in 2022.

This was after a mma class and this was supposed to be a way of relaxing my muscles and stretch out.

I watched this today after quite some time and asked myself: "What was I thinking with that pose towards the end? Was I recording this to send it to someone?"?

Who knows.. I'll be leaving this for free as a THANK YOU to my followers, for reaching 100. Maybe if and when we reach 200 a more exciting video could be uploaded.
