‘Twas the night before Christmas, and all through the gym,
Not a dumbbell was clanging, the lights were all dim.
The barbells were racked with precision and care,
In hopes that St. Gains soon would be there.

The lifters were nestled, all snug in their beds,
While dreams of PRs danced in their heads.
And me in my tank top, and wraps on my wrist,
Had just crushed some deadlifts—couldn’t resist.

But before I took off, I wiped my brow,
Said, “Bro, the sauna? It’s calling me now.”
I strolled to the heat, towel slung like a cape,
And hit that sauna like a post-cardio escape....
