If you already consumed the content and the description or trailer of the content was honest, your refund might be declined.
In any case, you can directly stop your future subscriptions by visiting the "Your Paid Subscriptions" page and cancel further payments.

If you paid twice by accident or if you experience a technical problem, please let us know immediately.

In any case, we encourage you to contact us if you are unhappy with one of your paid goods.
We will try to help both the consumer and the content creator to find an acceptable compromise.
